Impiana Resort & Spa Phuket
Accommodation and facilities:
Below my expectation for a 5 star resort. My wife and I had a room with a broken tap and shower. The shower area are poorly designed as water is not properly drained from the sides (wall to bath tub). Also there is no screen to prevent water from splashing into the vanity area (suggest instal shower screen). The whole room definitely need a fresh coat of paint...... many water marks on walls. The floor have long hairline cracks criss-crossing the entire room. Finally the bed creaks .....like an old worn-out bed. Having said that, opined the ambience and location somewhat compensated the shortcomings but I will have second thoughts about staying at the Impiana again in my next visit.
