Accommodation and facilities:
This is a fabulous hotel and in a great location, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very welcoming and the service was outstanding. The buffet breakfast was always very good and there was a great selection to choose from.

hotel is great exception for the food on the Italian restaurant which was not so great and nothing to do with Italian food. Overall great stay for the price you are paying. room was great and confortable

Good hotel with nice beach and facilities. Except the breakfast just so so, can be better, but this time was a bit disappointed, and the air-con was very very noise, if you don t turn it on there have mosquitoes. Friendly staffs.

Booking service was ok, but we felt that there was a degree of misrepresentation. Not sure if this was the hotel or the booking agent. We paid a lot more for an ocean facing room, and had absolutely no view of the ocean. We also felt that everything was expremely expensive. Being a faily isolated location, we felt like a captive market, that had no choice but to pay the high prices for food, drinks and transportation. Service was excellent, resort extremely clean

It was ideal getaway location to have holiday. Beaches are clean, good choices of food and well organized tours. Hotel staff top down very much service oriented. We recomend especially for city dwellers to choose this location for holiday

Hotellet kan virkelig anbefales. Fikk en fantastisk velkomst. Service langt over det normale. Fantastisk frokost, flott bassengområde, og herlig med privat strand. Badehåndklær fikk vi utdelt hver dag, fikk også med oss håndklær når vi var på tur andre steder. Mange aktiviteter å velge mellom etter timeplan fra morgen til langt ut på ettermiddagen. Jeg var med på aerobic og aqua aerobic. Rashid og Big var skjønne aerobicinstruktører, ellers veldig høflig ansatte. Helt greie restauranter rett utenfor hotellområdet og rimelig spatjenester. Shuttlebuss mot avgift til Krabi og Ao Nang flere ganger pr. dag. Håper virkelig jeg kan komme tilbake. Hilsen mor som hadde med 2 sønner på 20 og 22 år.

Fant ut at det var rimeligst å bestille gjennom sawadee.no. Bestilte først for 3 netter, men fant ut at vi ville tilbringe resten av ferien på Sheraton. Spurte hotellet om en god pris, men den var langt over hva sawadee hadde.

Sheraton Krabi is very scenic, located in the mangroves and just in front of the beach. The dining options are excellent. It is a very kid friendly place.

Excellent hotel with amazing grounds and a high standard that they deliver on continuously. Rooms are spacious and modern with everything that you need. Pools are fantastic. Ate at two of the three restaurants on site and both were fantastic. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

We had an issue with the hotel that we stayed in prior - we checked out of that one early and into the Sheraton without too much of a problem.

Great stay and one of the best holidays that we have had so for that I want to thank you. Only thing lacking was the quality of food and service in your main restaurant - Mangosteens. Food was served invariably cold. There weren t enough staff around to ensure plates were cleared quickly. Breakfast buffet was poorly maintained with empty dishes or milk overspilled and no one was looking at this to ensure that it was cleared and remained fully stocked throughout the breakfast time. Pool attendants could also be encouraged to be more attentive to guest needs rather than leaving the guests to continually ask for assistance. Other hotel facilities and staff were fantastic.
